Mexican is now a very popular cuisine and most people have really acquired the taste of me can food. Ingredients are easily available and the recipes have all been adapted for the vegetarian.
We have included a few starters, salads, wraps and some desserts I’m sure you will really enjoy all the dishes in the course.
This class is a semi hands on class. I will be covering a variety of vegetarian Mexican dishes adapted to vegetarians. Numerous dips and many wonderful Mexican dishes. This class will include a drink and 2 desserts too. Easy and cumbersome free to prepare.
Timing: This is a 2 days class. 10.00 am to 4.00pm.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of cooking. Preferred age is 18+.
