Chocolate Class
Our 2 days hands on chocolate course is more for advance students. It’s a strenuous full 2 days class.
You will be taught how to melt different types of chocolates, couverture and compound.
We will be making chocolates with moulds and without moulds too.
Every student will make all the chocolates on her\his own. That’s the only way to learn. You will be taught how to un mould and store the chocolates.
Many different flavours and varieties of chocolates will be shown to you.
We will also show you how to use the magnetic chocolate moulds using printed transfer sheets.
All the chocolates made by you will be packed to take home with you.
Timing: This is a 3 days class. 10.00 am to 5.00pm.
Prerequisite: Just a passion to learn. Preferred age is 14 plus.
Things to Carry: None.
