Roast 1 cup of fine Suji on a low flame for about 5 minutes.

To this add 1 small onion, 2 green chilies, 1 tomato medium size and lots of fresh dhaniya pati.

Please chop all ingredients finely. Add salt to taste. Add enough water to make a thick batter.

Now take about 5 slices of white bread trim the crusts off.
Apply the batter onto the bread quite thickly.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the bread in the oil, batter side down so you will be seeing the plain side of the bread slice.

Fry a few pieces together, drain very well and place on a paper napkin and then on the plate you want to serve on.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
