Its too easy
Take 250 gms of maida, 1/2 a tspn of any yeast, a little salt and a teaspoon of oil you can also add 1/2 tspn of baking powder, make a very soft dough cover well and leave alone for about an hr or so. Knead again. Heat a tandoor very well. Make small balls out of the dough and roll into an oblong shape with the help of alot of maida, the dough should not stick to the surface at any time. Bake 3/4 pieces at a time and don't keep opening the lid, let the pitas rise peacefully :), turn over and bake for a minute. Cut in half for pitas. (Use kitchen scissors)
Alternatively bake in a very hot oven.
