Ingredients
4 red firm tomatoes
1 carrot (medium size)
½ an onion
1 inch pc. of fresh ginger
Salt
Pepper
¼ th tspn of oil
Very little jeera (cumin seeds)

Method
Chop all the vegetables into big chunks and cook in a pressure cooker. Give it about 3 whistles. Cool

Open cooker and empty contents into a blender and liquidize until smooth. Strain in a bowl.

In a pan add very little oil add jeera and soup and let it boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve in soup bowls garnish with sprigs of coriander leaves and grated cheese, accompanied with warm buttered rolls.
