Ingredients:
200gms cooking chocolate milk
1 big packet Marie biscuits
1/2 cup of cream

Method:
Melt the chocolate and cream together using a whisk mix well. Get rid of all the lumps.

Now you need a wire rack with a plate underneath it to catch the excess dripping choclolate.

Dip one biscuit at a time in the sauce, place on wire rack. Repeat by placing one chocolate dipped biscuit on top of the other. Once you have 5 biscuits like this turn it over on its side like a log.

Now keep adding the chocolate dipped biscuits to the log until you have used the whole packet.

Place the log on a tray lined with cling film and cover it well. Place in freezer till set. Approx 20-25 minutes.

Remove cling film and place the log on a chopping board.

With a sharp knife (can warm it slightly) cut the roll up in deep slants. Place on a plate which is lined with doily paper and serve. Will keep for a few days.
