Ingredients
1 large mango diced in small pcs.
½ small red onion diced in small pcs.
¼ cup red capsicum, diced in small pcs.
1 ½ tbspns fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped.
1 ½ tspns white wine vinegar.
2 teaspoons lemon juice.
½ tspn powdered sugar.
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped, or you may just use 2 green chilies finely chopped.
Salt to taste.

Method
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Chill in the fridge for at least ½ a hr. Consume on the same day. Serve with nachos or chips.
