Pls book asap to avoid disappointment. You only need to bring with you one empty medium-sized container to take back some samples of cakes home with you.

Please avoid wearing full sleeved clothing.
All my cooking classes are 4-5 hrs long workshops.

Students participate in all the classes, as I strongly believe watching someone cook is not the way to learn especially if you are a beginner. Most things look really easy when you watch someone but the minute you try it, it's a completely different story.

Timings 10.00am sharp to 2.30/3.00pm.

Snacks, Lunch, soft drinks, Tea and coffee will  be provided.

The cakes and cake decoration classes are 3 days long and I encourage the students to practice nearly all of the decoratio n techniques on their own during the class.This class ends with all the students preparing one cake individually and entirely on their own complete with decorations, which they get to take home too!! They all really enjoy this opportunity as it gives them loads of confidence when they make cakes later in their own homes.
I would also like to just say that all my classes are vegetarian. As I am a Jain I don't use gelatine in any of my recipes.

Even after you have done my classes I will always be there to help and guide you to the best of my ability with any problems you may have.
