On 20th May it was my niece Shelly's 21st B'day. I wanted to make the cake for her party. She is one of the finest human beings I have come across and I love her with my heart.
I made 2 cakes for her, one with the numbers 2 and 1 which my sister - in - law cut out for me (I'm hopeless at that,and she always helps me out). The other was a round cake with a chocolate collar.

Chocolate cake with a filling of rich choco ganache with loads of choco chips and crushed praline.This cake is covered with a choco collar embedded with white choco hearts. The top of the cake is covered with teardrops with ganache and white decorations made with bubble paper.
